This is sad. No one want to hang out with their family. I chose other. I'd like to hang out with my family and train together. A family that trains together stay together..Right? LOL
Maybe that is what my children are still living at home. It doesn't matter how many time I choke them boys out. They keep coming back. Maybe one day they will beat the old man. LOL
My wife don't like all of that. She tells me how I put bruises on them. She forgets she encourages them. She plays around saying who can beat who. I guess they thought if they team up they could take me down. Then the youngest one thought he could take me now since my leg didn't fully heal after the car accident. I can't run and jump or stand too long. But right in the middle of the parking lot I took him to the ground and made him tap. Yes he had a few scratches and bruises, but he don't like to quit. Kind of reminds me of me when I was young.

@jw Bulldogs: Yeah, I know what you mean. But the problem was, I accidentally submitted the poll and I couldn't change the number of things people could vote for. I wanted it to be 3 since it is a big list. I would have chosen, "family", "training in martial art", and another one, probably "something creative on the computer". But I was planning on choosing family though.

I chose other, but in my opinion family comes 1st. My family has trained together. To me that is great. I know every family is not like mines. But I'm sure there are others who train with their family. Often the child begins to train first. Then one or both of the parents get involved. But in my case I started at 13 have have trained since then. My children started at 5 and 8 or 9 depending on the month.
Having a family is probably the main reason my focus in training is one self defense vs competition. Having a family mt values changed. I know what is important.

I didn't even see the family option lol
I think I might be a terrible husband and human being thanks to my choice on this poll.

I chose family. I'd choose family over anything. I lost a friend I took for granted, and regret not having been closer. I don't want to make that mistake again. Family and friends come first. And pets are my family! :-)

I initially said other because you can train with your family. But I agree that family is the most important thing. Other things re secondary to family.

I would pick "everything above but shopping". I hate shopping.
I'm a gamer too. I was on World of Warcraft for quite a while, but grew out of it. I enjoy competition so mostly stuck to arena over raids. Playing Street Fighter X Tekken on my PS3 lately and waiting for the Skyrim DLC to arrive for PS3 (xbox got exclusive right to it for first 30 days). Too bad my xbox died out on me and I got a PS3 instead of putting in more money to micro$.
Oh and family too of course.

I chose creativity. I want to be a graphic novelist and my family have a knack of getting in the way of that. Martial arts would come a close second to the comic dream but that's still second.

Hey Odee and other graphic people, How about you guys post some of your graphic art. I'd like to see some.
Also I've been wanting a banner created for my website, but I'm not sure of what I want to do. I want something creative and would stand out and reflect the image I want to portray on my site.

Yea my main dream is to be a comic writer & chef teaching martial arts out the back of my restaurant but hopefully I'll be able to do at least one of them if not all three. odee- as for graphics design I'm not so good I'm a comic writer not an artist lol 2 different things I'm more old school where the writers wrote & the artists drew & your more new school where the artists write their own stuff because they are talented enough for both like tod mcfairlain & spawn which is amazing IMO because I have to spend a fortune on decent artists which if I could draw myself I wouldn't have to do. Even my story boards are so bad my artists have problems deciphering them lol
