It looks like Bokh to me & it's their traditional folk wrestling style much like japane has sumo, korea has sseirum & china has shui jiao.
I think it could be added to improve clinch work like at my current mma school we train judo & kurash added in from our head coach from his country that we used some grips & throws form and it works for us and I bet bokh would work too.
It depends on if you understand the concepts & principles behind those moves though to apply them in a different setting since they could require modifications.

yeah, the wrestling is the mongol bukh, but the other stuff, the mongolian martial art, is the one i've never heard of.

I've heard they have their own version of Sambo brought in by the red army sometime during the cold war but I've never seen it first hand or experienced it but the video looks kinda like Combat Sambo.
But also I heard they are like bujinkan trying to pass it off as ghrngis kahns soldiers but they did bokh so its probably a mix of bokh and sambo or something but it still looks legit.
