Pass. I get too easily distracted as it is. I doubt foot locks would be top priority when I'm watching that. Kind of reminds me of the chick who was using her cleavage in a chess tournament. Poor geeks never stood a chance.

Haha I would rather be at a bar, pool, or home 'working out' with the girl in the first video.
If I must workout with a girl, I'd prefer somebody such as the one teaching the arm bars in the second video KW posted.
Back in Judo in the late 90's I would get paired with this super fine girl, who wore too much makeup when sweating it out rolling on the ground. It was funny how all of the other guys hated rolling with her, but I loved it. I was all about the newaza round robin. I'd get to work hard, make it to her and play hard. She was all about kicking ass too. It was great. *Sigh* ah the good life...
We had some girls at my MMA club who were purty too, and our captain loved pitting them against the douchebags coming in looking to fight instead of train. The fastes ass-whoopin' one of them handed was 19 seconds to a guy at least 60 lbs heavier thinking he was something tough. hahahahaha

The one girl tat was the uke in the 2nd video looks like she is too young..But I'd work out with the other one that is teaching...lol
I remember doing judo in the 80's I used to workout with a few girls in class, before class and after class. One in particular I almost got into trouble with at school. She was tough. I can't remember her not ever taking first place. But some some odd reason when working on tomoe nage she would partner with me. As a guy we were careful to place the foot on the inside thigh. But she never missed my groins. Even with a cup on it hurt like I don't know what. Her brother was in the class too. My sensei finally after so many kicks to my groins made her change and workout with he brother. I guess he figured that she would be more careful with him....lol I recall seeing him forget about doing a break fall and grabbing his groins in mid-air. I knew what happened. He was on the ground in pain. We attended the same school and she stopped me in the halls on the way to some class. We were talking and she leaned in kissed me. She knew that I had other friends, but I wasn't one to turn down an attractive athletic young lady. One of the principal walk upon us and scolded us. There was some stupid rule about no public displays of affection or get suspended. He just gave us a warning and sent us to class. We used to play around a lot before then, but never took it to that level until after her kicking me in the groins. I thought she was cute, but I respected the fact that she had BF. He used to get jealous of her and I playing around. But that year they weren't dating any more. We continued our PDA (public displays of affection). Then she even asked me to the prom. I had to turn her down though. I was already going to a couple of proms and had another date for our prom. But that didn't stop her and I from fooling around.

@ Aaron,
I don't know if you are still following this thread. But Isn't funny how some of the toughest guys in the dojo are often women? LOL
The meanest people in or judo dojo were females. They never missed an opportunity to kick you in the groins even when the foot was supposed to be on the inside of the thigh. They never missed my groins. I don't hang that low and don't want to...lol They always went at it at 100%. They don't pull punches or throw lightly or with any caution. Most guys at first didn't want to work out with them because they are girls and they don't want to hurt them. Later they don't want to roll with them because they don't want to get hurt.
I was uncomfortable at first doing mat work with a girl. But it didn't take long to find out that I was in a fight. If I don't fight I going to get beat. My "pride" would kick in and I forgot about them being female. On the mat you are a student. There was no gender on the mat. But after or before class if she was hot she was still hot.
In our dojo when learning a throw we weren't supposed to throw at 100%. It has to be a good throw, but take something off of it. In randori go hard or in competition go hard. But the women went hard all of the time. Training in a different dojo during randori they didn't believe in going that hard. I was told I was too hard and to lighten up so that no one gets hurt. But that was ingrained into me. We were taught that you were either a buzzard or an eagle in our dojo.
A buzzard does kill the prey. It only eats what is leftover or injured.
An eagle hunts its prey and kill it.
