I pulled a calf muscle or something about a month ago. Turns out i might have hit the heavy bag with my foot instead of my shin. So idk if i Should still train and try to fight. I want to do it...but idk. I went today and missed again.lol I can run now...jump but it hurts like once aday...i do something to see if it still works and whatta you know...

Well your shin is just the perfered weapon of a muay nak they can still use the instep for kicks too just like karateka do since after all all muay nak and karateka are humans and have the same kind of legs that work the same lol
I do both depending on range I like my instep kicks for long range & shin kicks for a bit closer.
Don't run or jump until your leg is healed and work your punches if you can without straining your leg & good luck!
