Hi
Do you usually throw an Uppercut with your rear or lead hand? e.g Orthodox stance would be the right hand.
If so then both power punches (cross and uppercut) are from your rear hand. Is the hook a power punch, I read on wikipedia its the above two but the hook is pretty powerful.

Where do you aim? Chin? Jaw? Nose? Body? Where on body?

I do a couple different types of uppercuts mostly just exploiting different angles.
long range I call sweeping uppercuts come from the floor starting almost straight then going upwards with a huge sweeping motion
medium range is like 45 degrees with either hand and is kinda a mix of a straight punch & an uppercut.
close range is basically chest to chest with my guard tight and my hand pointing upwards I drop down on my lead knee and push back up as hard as I can driving my hand upwards with my leg into it.
using the rear hand is pretty much the same except with close range because your back hand is hard to start off under their chin you have to do it form a swing kind of.
face targets- chin & nose
body targets- solar plexus & heart
don't trust wikipedia it's full of bullshit
jab, cross, hook & uppercut can be power punches from either hand it all depends on variation.
do a jab with a fencers lunge and you have a knockout jab that the bare knuckle boxers used as their primary punch (modern jab was invented in the 1900s)
the mid range uppercut I mentioned is quite common in rusian boxers repertoires.
same with the hook there have been many variations created over time other than the basic one some weaker than others & some stronger it's all about angles, range and whatever targets are available for striking really.
