Do they practice them in Ninjutsu or no? Like single or double hand palm strikes?

A palm strike is a technique that is prevalent in almost every Asian martial art. I will also reiterate that Ninjutsu is a study of espionage, and other military tactics. The specific hand to hand combative system would be something akin to Budo Taijutsu.

3 years in Taijutsu. Yes, palm strikes are taught. One of the first techniques you will learn is an uppercut to the nose. Not to kill but to disorientate.
