Does Tai Chi Chuan teach Sanshou (or Sanda) like other styles of Kung Fu such as Hung Gar? Or is it just Talou (forms) based? Are Pushing hands sanshou?

Some places do some places don't. It depends on the school and who offers Taiji Sanshou. In Baguazhang, I practiced a lot of Bagua Sanshou. I know Taijiquan has a wrestling style. So yes, Taijiquan has Sanshou.

any style can do sanshou because all sanshou/sanda is is a sport where various kung fu stylists fight each other full contact based on old lei tai fights where back in the old days people from different styles would fight full contact on raised plat forms.
my wing chun lineage is sanshou because my sifu fought sanshou matches using wing chun like his sifu before him.

There are levels of drilling in Taijiquan. What your school does is dependent on the teacher.
tui shou - push hands - either patterned or freestyle shui jiao - grappling/wrestling san shou - free sparring/fighting

@fraiser- sanshous just means free sparring and it usually varries from lineage to lineage but some do it & some don't and that goes for all kung fu styles.
