If been feeling alot of pain in my knees when i kick , and exercise , and now my thighs have been getting cramps or something when i stretch , and now my hip is hurting , i dont know whats injuring it ,

i know , im kinda looking for home remedys right now because im broke R.I.C.E. Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation. Chances are your body is compensating for a knee injury, so your mechanics get all screwed up, instinctually you get sort of a reflex reaction instead of kicking through something your brain forces your muscles to sort of pull back, this sort of unnatural reaction is straining the other muscle groups and joints used in the kick. So first rest up, take a few days off, take some anti inflammatory like Ibuprofen (aka advil), ice down your knee, wrap it up and keep it elevated for a few hours at night. Don't work kicks for a week or two and listen to your body. When you decide to work, go half speed, focus on the technique and your balance. Best thing though is resting it, being careful and listening to your body, if you are still having this issue after 4 or 5 weeks of babying it, then you might have an actual injury that will need a doctor's intervention.

Home remedy's are great and judomofo just post an excellent one, but you need to know what is wrong with your knee. and how the injury occurred. so i would still recommand see a doctor is it from your training are you doing the technique properly. may injuries are preventable, and are caused by improper training.
to me it sounds like yo could be locking your knee out when you kick which can cause knee pain, you need to keep you knees and elbows slightly bent to avoid hyper extension. the hips i had a simular issue with an a chiropractor helped me out with that

They say nature kills a horse from the ground up. It's often no different than us. A good chiropractor will look at your posture, your gait, and potential walking habits; and a good instructor will look at your technique (and posture). Listen to them both, I didn't - and I'm paying the price for it.
