I reckon
Junior Dos Santos (great punches, power and technique) and Frankie Edgar (great footwork, technique and movement).
Also honorable mentions to Vitor Belfort and Minotauro

I'm gonna have to go with Daniel Cormier. He's got amazing boxing, and he's very precise.

The Diaz Brothers, Great chin and can go on forever. Maybe not better "boxing" but best standup striking. I find it extremely unique the fact that their punches are light which saves them gassing and they go hard to the body. Amazing accuracy and frequence in their punches it's overwhelming., and they fight with their chin up and hands out.
