How about a couple of places local to me? Pizzeria Bianco, gaining nationwide respect for it's quality and best in the nation from the NYTimes a few years ago: www.nytimes.com/2004/07/07/dining/the-road-to-pizza-nirvana-goes-through-phoenix.htmlBinkley's Restaurant, a local place that serves French cuisine as well as many French fusions with dishes from all over the world: binkleysrestaurant.com/Since Binkley's has no real review, I can only say from experience that they're incredible! The menu changes constantly. There are seasonal menu changes as well as weekly changes to the amuse bouche which comes between each course. No two trips to Binkley's are the same, but the experience is always spectacular.

So I was embarrassed today a bit. I was asked to cut onions and a couple of slices in I couldn't even keep my eyes open anymore. I can take a physical beating, but cut onions around me and I turn into a bitch. My wife can make it look easy while I cry in the corner in front of everybody. I'll never be a chef!

It's the same thing as training, unless you are used to it, you won't be able stand it! the gas the onions release when cut can make anyone who is not to it cry like a little girl.

There's tools for that Glutton. Closed chopping rigs that you put the onion in and whack the button for a single hit job.
