How easy is it to adapt Boxing punches to Palm heel strikes?
I cannot punch with my right hand (due to injury and it healing badly). How can I adapt Boxing punches to Palm heel strikes? Is it hard?

it's actually pretty damn easy and in boxing they were called "heeling with the palm" from sources I can tell. here's a list of fouls showing how to do an open hand palm strike www.doverboxingclub.com/types_of_fouls.jpgDermot McGrath also has a bunch of material on palm strikes and just using any parts of the arms in general to inflict damage on people that's based on modern boxing & classical boxing www.youtube.com/watch?v=WgEyQhz4B68good luck

Check out Bas Rutten's old fights in Pankration. No fists allowed, all of his strikes were pretty much adapted boxing strikes with the palm of the hand.
Hope your hand gets better.

Check out Bas Rutten as soon as he entered the UFC, his fists closed back up again as well. I think it will take you all of a half an hour to change it.
