So I believe learning how to deal with adrenaline, is one of the key factors in learning how to properly fight. Now your first few sparring sessions may induce an adrenaline dump, but after while, not so much. And it doesn't seem there are many authentic ways to get adrenaline flowing, unless you feel like running into traffic before your routine..
So my proposed question to you is, would taking an injection from an epi pen, be stupid? It's just a shot of adrenaline. They say you should seek medical attention if you "accidently" took a shot of this stuff. I don't know, is anyone more knowledgeable than me on the subject?

now I'm not going to say don't do it you're a grown up and because honestly i want to know what happens but it will increase your heart rate dramatically, it sends more blood to the major organs, and opens your throat. biggest risk is heart failure.

If they say to get medical attention if you get it by accident then I would advise against it.
Plenty of other ways to get adrenaline without an epi pen
