How do you guys store your guns? Do you have them scattered all around the house, like I do...or do you perhaps have a gun safe/cabinet to store them? Do you lock them up securely?

the problem with scattering them all over is anyone that breaks into your house can run across them and use them on you.
you are best locking them in a lock box or secure location.
the advantage of traditional weapons is you can have them scatters and most people wont look twice at it as a weapon. also a lot of everyday objects can be easily replaced with traditional weapons. i have a few cane swords scattered about seemingly innocent looking. a jiffa, tessen, suruchin, chizekun, gosetsu-kon amongst many others. the obvious weapons are mostly all in one area. some are more hidden then others. i cant wall 4 feet without being in range of a weapon. even most martial arts don't know all the weapons or even what they look like. guns and knives are rather obvious, but is the less conspicuous ones that are easier to hind out in the open. although knowing hos to use them is even more handy.
the other problem with scattering them is if a child finds it. that can be even worst.

I now scattering is a terrible idea. It wasn't purposeful, it just sorta happened that way. I bought a gun cabinet. And while there are more risks associated with that, then just scattering them around, I'm not all too concerned.

a gun cabinet or safe? you are better off with a safe or even two. cabinets can be broken into. at least with two safes on opposite sides of the house. you have a chance at getting to one at least that is my though, via having a panic room. although this is my panic room lol Attachments:

I keep them in locked boxes in a large drawer with the exception of my carry pistol, which is either on my hip or in the drawer on my nightstand when I'm sleeping.

And is that really your panic room?? Thats fucking sick.

I wish I could afford even a quarter of that. But then again it would end up being a sword collection
