What have you guys been working on in your dojo/gym. The other day we were working on scissor sweeps. Sweeping is pretty much what my whole BJJ game relies on, but I couldn't get this variation down. Other than that, just been rolling and running in my free time. What about you guys?

Same as I've been working on constantly in general. My injury from nearly a year ago has become a chronic case of tendinopathy. It's extremely painful if I don't keep on it and stretch my calves like crazy every day.

The last time I saw you, you were bitching about that injury. I think you've milked it for all its worth friend.

As I said, it's a chronic injury. I've been running a lot in spite of it, though. I'd be doing physical therapy if I could afford it, since I can't I'm just doing whatever I find seems to help it. I'm not sitting on my ass, though.

I tore a ligament in my knee so I'm not training right now but I'm teaching as a volunteer coach at my buddy's pro wrestling gym to teach what I know about submissions and technical grappling stuff they can use to look good in the ring.
When I got hurt I was working on Sambo rolling takedowns into leg locks but I moved weirdly when I got hooked and rolled weird and messed my leg up bad but it's not bad it's not acl I can't remember what it is but I can still move around easily and stuff I just cant spar or anything which sucks.
oh yeah my comp broke too so I'll be around whenever.
and for scissor sweeps you literally have learn how to use your ass muscles to do them good and you need a strong back helps too.
