Many competitive fighters will know what I mean by the "chin". It's a complicated idea but it's important to fighters who aren't speedy or defensive enough. My question is, how do you strengthen it?
I generally have a pretty good chin. I've found that clenching through my mouth guard and warming up my jaw helps with it. I myself try to pretend that I have a glass chin, so I put a lot of emphasis on defence.

I try to use the old boxing orthodox stance and keep the left hand side of my chin tucked in behind my shoulder and cover the right side with my fist for defense. Though its easier said than done especially when tired.
