Hi I'm 15 years and i need to know how to condition them without seriously damaging them. I'm not scared or anything but its not the holidays and I still need to walk to school everyday as well as household chores. Thanks I would appreciate for a serious answer because I want to go pro. Thanks

Stick to the n00b forum with simple questions like this. And kick the bag over and over again.

Your bones are still developing, then continue to developed until the mid to late 20yrs you only have one body and one chance to majorly screw it up. conditioning depends upon age. and for most conditioning your way too young
The best thing to do at your age is what glutton4punishment suggested bag kicking.
also never hit anything harder then your bones
this belongs in the training sections, more i beleive

Kick the heavy bag, hundreds of times a day.
Never roll anything onto your shins, this will damage it.
Never hit hard objects, or hit your shins with hard objects.
Kick the bag, over and over, this will condition your shins properly.
