well im not training a traditional MA right now, but i've trained in TKD WTF, karate goju kan (yeah, goju kan not goju ryu, im not sure but the sensei told us that), and aikido. none of them for a long time, i was an orange belt in TKD when i was a kid, yellow belt in karate, and went to aikido for 3 months or something like that, until i hurt my finger.
i would like to study this TMA styles: muay boran, taekwon-do ITF, kyokushin karate, taekkyon, and haidong gumdo, shuai jiao (yeah, i know they are a lot, but the thing is i would like to train the ones i could of those, BTW none of them are available where i live, maybe muay boran since some places teach it in muay thai as far as i,ve heard and haedong kumdo can be found in Moo duk kwan schools, id just have to check them.).

im a traditional martial artist, or atleast I would like to think i am. I've studied a form of martial arts taught to me by my instructor. The ways of telling if it's a traditional style of karate is hard to say. I have no lineage that i know of that will connect me to any of the larger, more traditional karate styles from okinawa, china, korea, or japan. i do, however, see a comparison with traditional styles that are more known than my own. anyway, I study martial arts. i find its interesting. im not a cage fighter and i dont believe in MMA... in the commercial sense. I believe in dojos, dojangs, bunkai and the like. i am a raditional martial artist lol... if i wasnt clear enough before.

I am close to a BB in a modern art(Shou' Shu') but I have always had a great interest in traditional.
When I lived in Tennessee I met someone who taught me some Gung Fu along with with Southern Mantis. Both truly amazing arts.

what about just finishing your training in Karate or TKD first? well, TKD has been years since i left, and about karate i would like to, but in kyokushin. also right now i am more interested in other arts like sambo. yeah, i would like to train taekwon-do, but the ITF style, or one that is called traditional taekwondo, since this two are less sport oriented.

I am a traditional martial artist with a number of systems over my 25 years of training. The longest I've been in a single system is Shurite Karate Jitsu, which I've been in since 1998.
Our training in all of the systems I've studied has been what most would consider traditional, and as realistic as it can get. I've broken a large number of bones, torn soft tissue, bled, and bruised over the years. That being said, if I didn't suffer those injuries in training, I most likely would have suffered a great deal worse out in the 'real' world.
Anything less in my opinion is just a waste of money, unless you're getting physically fit. Then it's just a gym under the wrong title.

I am a Traditionalist. I am currently practicing Shotokan and have, by far, more time in it. I also hold rank in Chung Do Kwan from a branch that never was associated with the ITF. It was basically Shotokan with a Korean accent. I also hold rank in Kajukenbo, a newer art with old school training methods.

Family system, one of my bloodlines is Maori , shit how do i put it, il chuck on a couple of links to give a very basic look at it www.youtube.com/watch?v=sLvwvqcUF70, Like i see alot of shit going on between tma and mma ,but to me this is my own system, Toa Ara rough translation Toa=Warrior Ara=Pathway, i dont normally talk about it because its part of me more that picking up a style to practice, I have to acknowledged it because if it wasn't effective i wouldn't exist today, my ancestry comes from a warrior race where it was kill or be killed. www.youtube.com/watch?v=gqlSZ1CQEuQ .
