currently eating like shit. back to the diet. currently 207 weighed this morning 5"9'. little bit of muscle. being fat tomarrow and sunday. monday its gettin real. plan breakfast- whole grain cereal, a fruit: banana, apple, orange, what have you snack- yogurt lunch- sandwhich. be it turkey ham chicken. just meat with lettuce and tomato dinner- lean meat and veggies cut down on the alcohol gallon of water a day 2 days on bjj 2 days of muay thia a week for the summer honestly its just replace my diet with healthy food instead of 70 percent junk i'll update next monday wish me luck

Sounds like a good diet, be mindful that as you cut down on calories, your energy level might be affected as well. If you keep that up, you should lose weight for sure! You can have one pig-out day a week, this is necessary as dieting is really stressful. I lost about 20 lbs these past months counting calories, a similar diet to yours, I'm really happy with the results. Good luck and keep us posted

2 pounds down. i did eat something before i weighed myself but when i weighed myself a week ago it was on an empty stomach after i woke up.

my judo coach is finally back from vacation. so were adding that to the workout regimen. yes my gym is retarded like that he can leave and there's no judo for 3 weeks

thanks frank. my gym might close down and i can't make the trip to kurt's every day. so i am investing in some kettlebells for my strength training and run for cardio i am also looking into plyometric exercises . try to get to kurt's twice a week. hopefully i can keep the weight loss going.

one of my friends once told me about a vegetable shake diet, basically all your meals you replace with vegetable shakes, no snaking aloud.3 shakes a day thats it. he said the shakes were quite filling and he lost about 30lbs in two weeks, then after he gain back about 10 from an eating frenzy. if you do this i recommend you find vegetables with good protein, it can be done if planned right

thanks. and its a good idea to drop serious amounts of weight but i don't need to lose that much more and i don't mind taking a little longer to do it then it is just maintaining the weight i want to be at. and i enjoy eating
