What do you find to be really effective workout methods? Especially for MA. i.e. not body building For me one of the things i always try and finish a session with is burpees using the tabata principle ~ 20/10 ratio. PS in this case im referring to the exercises themselves not a whole workout. But go ahead if you have something good to share!

Cardio, Cardio, Cardio. I would rather look like Nick or Nate Diaz in the ring rather than Mark coleman. So yeah, I run 10 miles a day (5 in the morning 5 at night), and burpess are also my favourite exercise aswel as ab work.
