I'm about 5'7 and 125lbs do you think I can drop more weight (not by dehydration or not eating) I want to get around 115 is that possible?

your already pushing the limited there 125lbs is light already you should be closer to 130. 135 if you drop to a 115 that may not be too healthy

I'm 5'7 bro....You should be around 145 pounds....125 is really pushing it. 115 is just asking for trouble. Now is the time to bulk up, and gain 20, 25 pounds of muscle.

You're a male yes? 125 is very underweight. That's just as unhealthy as very overweight. you need to add about 20 lbs, not just for size but for health.

Do keep in mind he is not that old for his age 125 is not to underweight. When your young you tend to have a higher metabolize, if your luck it won't slow down to much when you get older. When I was that age I could eat two pies of pizza and not gain a pound. Now I look at food and I gain weight

True. How old is he? if it's under 14 yrs old you're fine actually. but a cut in weight would still be unhealth.
EDIT: He's 16. i'd say that's underweight. not drastically as if he were 26 but still.

i was that weight until about 23 to 25 years old, at 35 my is when my thyroid went out of whack, that crap will really do you in

well I'm pretty healthy I mostly only eat fruits and vegetables alot of people tell me how healthy I eat
