I'm sure you all know that fighting is 90% mental and 10% physical things like smiling in a fight will help controls your breathing and confuse/ anger your opponent, if you lie enough to yourself about pain you won't feel it and you can even convince yourself that it feels good. any other tips or tricks like this to help improve the mind part of a fight?

At the higher levels of professional fighting you might be right because everyone is within 5% of their body's limitations but in the amature leagues it's fifty-fifty, the same is true in the 'black-belt leagues'. In the amature ranks you will find weaklings with nothing going for them and you will find people just looking for the extra something to give them the confidence to go pro, all the mental edges in the world won't help you if your opponent is faster, stronger and has a tougher body than you do.
