What kind of diet do the Gods of ye ol' Cageddojo eat for their physical conditioning?
My old diet plan was 2 Egg whites 1 whole egg and Wheatbix or Cornflakes with Tea. Slices of Turkey sandwiches. Fried chips more Turkey. Water. Some fruits or veges and something big later on like Chicken or Salmon or something greasy.
I haven't stuck to that plan for a while. So far its been Mac's, KFC, Mince Stew, Pineapple pudding, a crap load of chickens, Eggs, BK and god knows what else. Somehow I still haven't gained weight...

cheese burgers, chicken wings, poutine (fries/chips, cheese & gravy), sandwiches, steaks, shepherds pie...
I don't eat healthy at all lol
I've been losing weight since I cut pop and refined sugars from my diet but pretty slowly since I still eat garbage
you'd think as a chef & a martial artist I would eat decent but apparently logic fails me lol

Lately, just what I talked about in my doughnuts thread. I have to get creative on this diet. Tonight I had meat sauce spaghetti over spaghetti squash instead of pasta with broccoli as the veggie. Last night it was a burger patty with cheese and no bun with a side of zucchini. Breakfast is usually eggs and some kind of fruit for my carb intake. Some days I'll eat a piece of toast with some peanut butter instead. Depends on how I'm feeling. I know I'm doing things right when I'm bursting with energy and not feeling too hungry throughout the day.

Breakfast 2 organic cage free eggs sometimes a slice a cheese with 2 slices of whole wheat toast with organic butter. Sometimes I skip the toast (whole wheat toast for carbs and fiber) I might add some green onion, onions, diced tomatoes, peppers, and or mushrooms to me eggs and maybe a fruit like an apple or an orange
Lunch Turkey sandwich on whole wheat, either raw spinach or dark green lettuce like romaine, cucumbers, tomatoes slices, mustard and a slice a cheese or a spinach salad, tomatoes, cucumbers, maybe some green pepper or a sweet pepper, with 2 cap full of light balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Dinner Grilled chicken breast 8 to 10 oz or grill whitefish, 1-2 cups of steamed broccoli with a little organic butter
Occasionally I'll add some brown rice, quinoa, or whole wheat pasta with spaghetti sauce and lean ground beef or lean ground turkey. I know I don't need anymore protein, but I refuse to eat spaghetti without some meat.
My snacks between meals might be fruit, yogurt, or my favorite popcorn
Plenty of water all day
Occasionally I may eat a sirloin steak no more than once a week.
I get one cheat meal a week. This is date night. I have to make sure I'm getting some good carbs on that day. I don't like to call it a cheat meal, but it is a day to eat practically anything I desire and hopefully to get some good carbs to keep my energy up and to keep my body from using my muscles to create energy.

I eat whatever and stay in my usual fat content lol.
Breakfast: Ham omelet and a glass of milk. Lunch: 8 oz grilled chicken breast with a cup of sweet potatoes. Dinner: 8 oz (minimum) steak with sweet potatoes as sides. I sometimes grab a burger in between one of those meals lol. I love burgers. I also like to drink.
When I want to cut weight, I just eat the usual 3 meals, increase cardio, stop eating burgers and cut out alcohol.
