It's my number one anime of all time. I wear a Cowboy Bebop shirt quite often and I'm going to need another one bc it's shrunken a lot from all the times it's been washed.

I hate anime. Glutton dragged me to a dumb anime convention last year, and he will again this year too. The only good anime's are Cowboy Bebop and stuff like Akira. And the occasional Hentai, but even then I feel dirty for looking at it lol.

Anime usually falls behind the quality of the original Manga format. A lot of artists these days seem to want their anime as soon as possible and the anime suffer because of it. People who watch the anime and read the manga tend to get frustrated because anime are produced so much faster than their manga counterparts that they catch up and the creators are forced to turn in rejected storylines that get re-written to create 'filler' episodes, episodes that count for absolutely nothing in the big scheme of things and in the end have no bearing on the storyline, so you watch five or ten episodes in an arc that means nothing. Kinda frustrating. Akira and Cowboy Bebop were finished products before they got animated. So the only thing the animators had to worry about was making the anime as epic as possible. I don't know if you like to read Manga or not but I directed Glutton to this and it messed with his head. www.mangareader.net/1079/karate-shoukoushi-kohinata-minoru.html

I read it before I started Kyokushin, which was a long time ago. If I read it today my opinion may differ.
