How do you guys strengthen your legs without using weights ?

Body weight squats, lunges and leg raises. Also back extensions help too

You can try jumping squats too.

Running, Kicks(air or contact), squats, star jumps, lunges, pistols, jump squats and good ol jumping around like a kid.

I still occasionally go over my old Long Fist Kung Fu forms (not with perfect accuracy, but as best as I can remember them) for leg strength. The strongest my legs have ever been is a tossup between when I used to do Long Fist Kung Fu due to all the stances and when I used to backpack a lot more frequently. Both are excellent.

have you tried a weight vest. running and jumping with a weight vest will help strengthen your legs with out messing up your knees.
also walking or running up and down stairs cases kicking in water stance work in sand, as you sink into it

Squats, lunges, kicking the bag, power walking, calf raises, running.

U can use resistance bands or do yoga/pilates type exercises. Also u can do dynamic tension exercises. For example put both ur legs straight infront of u, cross them, and them push them against each other. Then with that tension u can move ur legs down and up at the knee to make ur own hamstring contraction exercises
