Depends on your training requirements. Endurance Cardio is one of those things you can build up quickly, providing your general athleticism is good.
I recently did a 10km obstacle course and only did 7 sessions of running leading up to it. I started at 5km and that was initially very difficult but was able to get to 10km fairly quickly. I do bootcamp style training + karate also so that base fitness was there.
For martial arts i reckon one 60 min session of pure cardio (running/biking/similar) per week is probably quite reasonable. I have noticed the difference since i have begun doing so.

I read that the great Jack LaLanne said all you need is 10-15 minutes if done hard.
So now I'm gonna do my weights and then 10-15 mintues of Rowing machine. Three times a week
Thoughts?

It depends on what your goals are. There's really not any amount that strictly "should" do, unless you need to use it. I'm of the opinion that even though short/intense and HIIT type activity give great results, endurance cardio is also required if you intend on maintaining form over some sort of long event. e.g. long belt test. That being said i'm not some sort of qualified expert

HIIT type of workouts work best for cardio. In a old workout gym I used to go to they had a treadmill type machine where you wear a belt around your stomach, and the treadmill was inclined like you were running up a hill. Cables were attached to your belt to keep you from falling, and you sprint to the top, slow down til your near the bottom and sprint again. They also have treadmills you run on that when you run they move. So the faster you sprint the more the treadmill goes to keep you moving faster and faster and when you slow down then the treadmill slowsdown. so if you have the money you can google around to find one of these items.
I would say spend about 10 minutes on cardio doing 30 second sprints, 15 seconds walking. Repeat for 7 rounds.

I do a ton of cardio exercises, whether it's doing a cone jump course or sprinting back and fourth for a set amount of time. I TRY to work at least twice a week but when schools starts for me it'll probably drop to one if that.
