What is better for health and weight loss?
Cardio?
Lifting weights?

both. cardio will work your heart(which is a muscle and needs to be stressed like any other muscle to strengthen it) and weights will tighten those muscles and prevent you from burning the muscle as opposed to burning the fat. the no.1 tip I give to people seeking to loose weight is increase you weight lifting regimen. lift lighter weights at higher reps but DO NOT neglect weight lifting for cardio. cardio wipes away the fat but the weight lifting tightens the muscles so you're not flabby and weird looking. when your skin, essentially shrinks, from losing the fat under it, it will become flabby unless you put something solid under it (muscle) to prevent that and keep it firm and tight.
