Ok first off im gonna introduce myself.I am a 19 year old 192 cm/6 feet 3 126kg/277 pounds martial artist from Serbia.Me and my 3 best friends forever were training since we were something like 11-12 years old so i have a lot of experience in fighting and grappling. We didnt learn any actual fighting technique but we just trained and over the years we invented our own MMA style. So yesterday some guys from Macedonia came to our town and started sparring with the local martial artists in Judo Club Prokuplje (our local judo club). We went there and sparred with them.We won 5 out of 6 fights against them...Turns out our MMA Style is very unique and effective maybe thats becouse we improved it over the years. We trained for 3-4 hours a day between 2007 and 2010 and for the rest of the years we trained something like 1-2 hours a day! We were really dedicated! So my first question is: Are we really that good or is it just a combination of luck and experience that won us the day? Second questin: A couple of local kids aged between 12 and 16 wanted to train under us.So we are not sure if we should start our own Martial Arts dojo or not? I mean we really like to fight and train and we already tought some kids a couple of our techniques and they really get it so we are good teachers too.We are not even sure what to call our style so give us some suggestions and your toughts on this.Goodbye!!

Congradulations on the nice effort. Experience is one of the best training tools a martial artist can use, it's hard to discount the power of having done it before. On to the question of teaching. My biggest question would be how do YOU feel about teaching these kids? Are you ready to be responsible for their training and safety? If you're up for it I'd recommend getting legal advice to cover your asses in case of injury and first-aid of some kind so you can keep your students alive on the way to the hospital.
