odee, that's a good point. I think it must just be because KM is a fad right now, I wanted to see what it was all about. I've tried that experiment and wasn't happy with it so I'll just stick with my TKD, Hapkido and BJJ training and be happy with that.

cheetah - if KM isn't workining for you, try looking for an Aikido school... ;-) I've learned more about Taekwondo in my first 6 months in Aikido than I did in years of Taekwondo :-( Although all styles have crap schools, Aikido is generally a very clean style still, not a lot of McDojos yet.

I think aikido has hep improve my techniques too. There were things that I thought I was using technique instead of strength. I was still using strength. But because of the aikido I've gotten better at using no strength and more technique. I wish I had been doing this years ago.
