Of course I wanted to be a Ninja. Not the lame Ninjas we see nowadays that do overly compliant training and play make believe all the time, but the cool ones from the movies.

Like chefsamurai said, I wanted to be a ninja turtle. I even had a costume from so many years ago. I mean coooooome on. Who didn't want to have swords and red bandanas (whatever they wore around their eyes) and awesome backflips and stuff like that when you were little? Just me?

Go glutton! The Ninja Turtles are my heroes! Even after getting my Shodan in Karate I had hopes of learning Ninjutsu. Stumbled into a Booj school and was absolutely horrified by how lousy it was. Got online and found out that it was par for the organisation. I was cut. Still love the Turtles though.

I wanted to be a Ninja until I saw "Hong Kong fui" then I wanted to be him, man that dog could fight lol Ooops no wait! it was his stripped cat Spot! Nah..Really I liked the idea of the Ninja being invincible & invisible, not to mention the cool black outfits & weapons.

To be fair, the Ninja Turtles didn't study with the Booj. They learned from a rat that knew a bunch about Karate and all sorts of stuff like that. So we can still hold out hope that someday we'll run into a super secret and fuzzy master of martial arts that can make us as badass as they were.

nah i dont know what the rat taught them, but isn't ninjutsu, if not, why did they learned to use katana, sai and nunchuks(until the UK goverment confiscated 'em) that have few to do with ninjutsu?
