Yeah, I go through spurts, can only say the same thing so many times on Yahoo before it just gets annoying. That and been super busy at work, which cuts down my long winded Martial Art ranting on the internets time considerably....
It's really inconvenient I tell you.

Hi, I also strolled in from Yahoo answers. I used the name jaskeyzero, but I doubt it’s recognizable to anyone. I trained in taekwondo in Korea at an early age until I moved to the US. (reached poom belt) Then I started fencing and did four years of that until I reached college. At college I sparred against a self-taught taekwondo turned muay thai person and I lost due by leg kicks. Because I lived in a safe neighborhood I imagined myself being equal to or greater than most of the people in fighting, and that experience opened my eyes to how vulnerable I was physically. I started researching and reconstructing internal martial art ‘xingyiquan’, because I wasn’t in a financial position to go to a martial arts school. During that time I also studied up on MMA and many other styles to try to improve my ‘xingyiquan’. At the last year of my college years I trained a school sponsored style for self defense called Guided Chaos. (Thing Systema style training method with Taichi body method with no real techniques, only principals) After graduating I trained in Baguazhang for a half a year before deciding that Baguazhang wasn’t for me. I jumped around and shopped around trying muay thai, judo, and capoeira before ending up in a MMA gym. I trained half a year in that gym and the instructor taught fair balance of striking, grappling and ground techniques. I had to move after that half a year and ended up in the new gym I go now and I have been training a year and counting. The current gym is heavily based in BJJ and approaches MMA training with BJJ focus. Right now, I fell in love with Taekkyon slightly longer than a year ago, and I’m trying to research and reconstruct the style by myself (nobody to teach me this style in US). I’m studying the body methods and techniques and trying to apply them in my MMA sparring. Personally, due to having looked up many information due to my situations, I think I’m quite book smart when it comes to knowing about other styles. Of course as far as actually doing the style I’m completely ignorant. I’ll tend to give my opinion on things whenever I remember an information I saw or thought about, but my lack of actual experience is glaring obvious so please take my words as grain of salt. Thank you.

I would hardly call your long answers rant judomofo, they look more like well-done articles.

For a forum that's only a few days old, we're doing pretty well so far. New members, please help get the word out wherever and whenever you can. If we can build up at least 100 members it'll really help the forum take off. We have a lot of really cool people gathered here and it'd be a shame to see the boards die down in a month or two.

I know right! 35 members in a day is amazing. I'm gonna see if I can start making banners, and stuff for the forum, so we can better advertise. If anyone would like to help, then PM me.

I don't do well with graphics aside from making avatars. Sorry, man!
And I think this is a good place to point out the new chat section for BSing. Feel free to use it as a hangout, guys.

I don't like to talk about myself . Wait, we only have 35 members in 1 day? We need MORE. Someone go on reddit or triond and get more members. Or Sherdog and bullshido.

I have a friend coming from Bullshido. I like it there, though, and don't want to get banned for advertising openly so I only invited one. As for Sherdog... Homie don't play with those guys.

I already went on reddit, and got yelled at. If I went on sherdog, everyone would just say OP is a faggot, and wasteland this shit.
