Hello. I got directed here after randomly checking the MA section of YA. I go by "Drunior" there too.
I was born in South Korea, and brought up in the US with a moderately old fashioned household. Naturally, I got involved in martial arts at a young age. I started Taekwondo when I was in Elementary school because all the other Korean kids did it. I practiced a Korean style of Kungfu called "Bulmudo" for a few years at a Korean Buddhist Temple that was by my house. Looking back, the training there wasn't so bad and helped me develop fundamental motor skills and thinking skills for martial arts.
I quickly became involved in Judo and have been involved in the sport for a very long time. I have had the opportunity to travel around and train with many high level and international level competitors from different parts of the world. If you are a Judo player, you definitely have a home anywhere in the world.
I also served in the US Army and currently in the reserve component. I continue my Judo training just for the love of the sport, though I am disappointed in the recent rule changes (I hate IJF politics). Recently, I have been learning Boxing with several amateur MMA competitors at my Judo dojo. Hope to get in on the MMA scene someday.

Mensooree!
I went by a few names in YA's but most know me as Sensei Scandal and recently - Darth Scandalous..
I trained in Okinawan Martial Arts - originally Goju Ryu.. several lineages. I also practice various Shuri based kata like Naihanchin, Passai and Shuri no Seisan. My original training was under my Master - Kyoshi Luis Morales.
My love of Chinese arts is apparent as I have trained in Sun Lu Tang's Hsing I boxing under Master David Lin and also Yi Chuan from Master Yu Peng Xi's lineage under Master Dong Yuan Pei.
I am currently researching and practicing the Yong Chun White Crane Boxing of Master Su Yinghan.
I have 36 years experience.
The name Koryuhoka is from my teaching method Koryuho Bujutsu - Classical Stream Method Life Protection Arts.
Peace...
